M.Sc.(Econ), has more than 25 years of experience in
the development
and managing of international business. Prior to
establishing CIM,
Heikki was senior vice president and a member of the Management
Committee for the Finnish Fund for Industrial
Cooperation Ltd
FINNFUND. During his tenure FINNFUND made more than 100
investments
around the world. Heikki has also lived and worked in
Vienna, Zurich
and Paris.
From 1979 until 1999 Heikki was a member of the management team
of Savonlinna Opera Festival. He is also a co-founder
of the Forbidden
City Music Festival (Beijing).
Language skills: German, English, French, Swedish.
At CIM in addition to management duties, Heikki is involved in
evaluation and business development of investee companies.

Professor Ph.D, is one of the founders of Finnish
venture capital
and one of Europes leading technology experts.
Prior to joining
CIM as Chairman, Jorma was Director General of Research
at the European
Commission.
Jormas long career includes heading the Finnish
National Fund
for Research and Development (SITRA), Dean of Helsinki University
of Technology, and visiting scientist at CERN, Geneva. At SITRA
Jorma made numerous private placements in Finnish and
international
technology companies, several of which were successfully floated.
Jormas numerous honors include a Fullbright
Fellowship, an Eisenhower
Exchange Fellowship, and Chevakier dans lordre
des Palmes Acedemiques,
France. Jorma holds a Ph.D and several honorary doctorates.
Language skills: English, Swedish, German, French.
At CIM Jormas responsibilities include strategic
development and
investment evaluation (especially on technology related
issues).

Beringea Plc is a London based fund management company
with offices
in New York and Los Angeles. Beringea has extensive experience as
a fund manager in the IPR and branded content
industries. With more
than 80 investments under its belt, Beringea has more
than 14 years
of experience investing in unquoted companies. Beringea
is an equity
owning partner in CIM, which ensures a close working relationship
between the management teams.

MBA (INSEAD), has more than 16 years experience as an
entrepreneur
and venture capitalist. Before working with CIM, he had
been based
in Thailand for many years, where he had set up and run companies
in video production, corporate finance and investment
advisory work,
and project development. He also ran a London-listed development
capital company. Prior to this he had worked for 7 years with the
UN refugee agency in South East Asia and Switzerland.
Language skills: French, Thai
Graham is based in Scotland, and CIMs
representative in the
UK. He identifies suitable companies and projects for investment
by the CIM fund, and also works to help with the development of
creative companies.
